Die verskillende kultuuraktiwiteite by Hoërskool Linden is: artes, debat, Ja-Nee Skoolkoerant, koor, Linden Klassiek, public speaking, redenaars, serenade, SWAT, tienertoneel en United Nations debat. Met puik prestasies regdeur die bank lei dit daartoe dat aktiwiteite groei en floreer. Resultate is egter nie die enigste strewe nie, maar ook die genot en lewensvaardighede wat daarmee gepaard gaan. Die skool bied aan graad 8-leerders die keuse om Duits of ‘n Rekenaarvaardigheidsvak te neem. Geïdentifiseerde leerders word die geleentheid gegun om reeds in graad 9 Aanvullende Wiskunde te neem. Hoërskool Linden neem graag aan verskeie Olimpiades en Expo’s deel en lewer gereeld provinsiale en nasionale kampioene. Omdat alle matriekeksamens deur UMALUSI gesertifiseer word, ontvang privaat (IEB) en openbare skole presies dieselfde matrieksertifikaat. Hoërskool Linden bied AP Wiskunde, AP Engels en AP Duits aan.
