By Hoërskool Linden is sport ‘n kern deel van ons holistiese opvoeding. Dit is immers inherent deel van die mens om te wil hardloop, spring en speel. Ons kan met trots sê dat die sport by ons skool vir elke belangstelling en talent voorsiening maak. Ongeag wen of verloor, A- of B-span, ons leerders bly altyd deel van Linden se sportkultuur. Ons streef daarna om elke leerder se potensiaal te ontwikkel sodat Lindeniete kan blom waar hulle geplant is.

Die verskeidenheid sportsoorte waaraan Lindeniete kan deelneem, is:  atletiek, dogtershokkie, seunshokkie, gholf, krieket, landloop, Linden Mob-dansgroep, netbal, rugby, skaak, skyfskiet, swem en tennis.

Hoërskool Linden is trots op die feit dat ons aan verskeie buitesportsoorte erkenning gee. Die erkende buitesportsoorte is tans ruitersport, kanopolo, judo, gimnastiek, fietsry, avontuursport en gimnastiek.

Ons poog om die meeste van die tyd van ons eie kundige onderwysers gebruik te maak as afrigters, maar by sommige van die sportkodes gebruik ons wel eksterne kundiges. Ons maak van sportwetenskaplikes gebruik om ons leerders bloot te stel aan die nuutste tegnologie en beseringsvoorkoming.

By Hoëskool Linden neem jy deel, word jy deel en bly jy vir altyd deel van ons sportkultuur wat berus op respek, uitnemendheid, integriteit en lojaliteit.
